Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please read carefully:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an email to contact@kinnerbeautywigs.com.

We do not accept returns and will not process refunds due to the nature of the product.

However, we will accept a wig donation should you not want to keep your wig and would like to donate it to Cancer Kinship's free wig salon.

Shipping costs for donated wigs to Cancer Kinship will be the responsibility of the customer.

By purchasing a wig on our website, you are accepting those terms.
